Six options covering everything from a weekly tidy to a post-construction reset. Every clean uses plant-based products and the same standard of care.

Standard Clean

The everyday refresh. Booked one off or on a recurring schedule, the standard clean keeps a home in good shape week to week.

What is included

  • Kitchen: counters, sink, stovetop, exterior of appliances, microwave inside, floor
  • Bathrooms: toilets, sinks, tubs and showers, mirrors, floors
  • Bedrooms and living areas: dusting, vacuuming, mopping hard floors, beds made
  • General: trash out, surfaces wiped, mirrors and glass cleaned, baseboards spot dusted

What is not included

  • Inside oven, inside refrigerator, blinds, light fixtures (book a deep clean)
  • Exterior windows, garages, attics, basements (separate quote)
  • Hazardous cleanups, pet accidents older than 24 hours, mold remediation

Time

Two to four hours for most Beaver County homes. The free in-home estimate locks in the time and price.

Deep Clean

The clean that catches up. Recommended once or twice a year, before move-ins, after a long winter, or whenever the corners have been quietly neglected.

Adds to the standard list

  • Inside oven, inside refrigerator, inside microwave
  • Baseboards (full wipe, not just spot dusted)
  • Blinds, ceiling fans, light fixtures
  • Behind toilets, around the bases, full grout work
  • Cabinet fronts, door frames, switches, vents

Time

Four to eight hours depending on home size and condition. We are happy to split a deep clean across two visits if a single day is too long.

Move In or Move Out

An empty house cleaned wall to wall. Booked the day before a new family takes the keys, or the day a deposit needs to come back.

  • Inside every cabinet and drawer
  • Inside closets
  • Walls spot cleaned, baseboards thoroughly
  • Final walkthrough together at end of clean

Pricing

Flat rate by square footage, quoted from a quick walkthrough or photos. Most homes land between four and eight hours.

Recurring

The way most of our customers work with us. Same trusted hands every time, on a schedule that fits your week.

Post Construction

The dust that settles after the contractor leaves. Drywall haze on every surface, sawdust in the corners, fingerprints up and down the trim. We make a finished house feel finished.

Notes

  • Always quoted on a site visit so we can see what we are walking into
  • Heavier than a deep clean and priced accordingly
  • Best booked twenty-four to forty-eight hours after final construction work

Special Occasions

Holidays, parties, family visiting Saturday, the post-Thanksgiving mercy. Booked in by the visit, not on a contract.

  • If you book a recurring clean to land near the date, that often covers it for less

What to expect on cleaning day

We arrive within a fifteen minute window of the scheduled start. The first ten minutes is a walkthrough so we can hear about anything that needs extra attention or that we should not touch (heirlooms, freshly waxed floors, the cat that hides under the bed). Then we work through the home in a consistent order so nothing is missed. At the end, you can walk through with us if you would like, and we adjust anything before we leave.

Payment is due the day of the clean. Cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, or card. Recurring customers can be set up on automatic payments if you would prefer.

Frequently asked questions

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes. We bring everything: vacuum, mop, cloths, and our plant-based cleaners. You do not need to provide anything. If you have a product you prefer we use, leave it on the counter and we will use yours.
Are your cleaning products safe for pets and kids?
Yes. We use plant-based, fragrance-light products that are safe around pets and children once the surfaces have dried. We do not use bleach as a default. If you have specific allergies or sensitivities, tell us when you book and we will adjust.
How long does a standard clean take?
Two to four hours for most homes. A three-bedroom, two-bath home with normal weekly upkeep usually lands around three hours. The free estimate confirms time and price before you book.
What is the difference between standard and deep cleaning?
A standard clean keeps a home humming: surfaces, floors, kitchens, bathrooms. A deep clean adds the corners that do not get touched weekly: inside the oven, baseboards, blinds, light fixtures, behind the toilet, and grout work. Most homes need a deep clean once or twice a year.
Do I need to be home when you clean?
No. Most of our recurring customers leave a key, a hidden code, or a smart lock code. We treat your home with the same care whether you are there or not.
What if I am not happy with the clean?
Tell us within twenty-four hours and we come back to fix it at no charge. We would rather hear it and make it right than have you not call us back.
