What affects the price
Square footage, number of bathrooms, and how the home has been kept up between cleans are the three biggest factors. Pets add a little time. Heavy clutter adds more (we clean around clutter, we do not organize it, but it slows us down). The free estimate accounts for all of this.
What is not extra
Travel inside Beaver County. Supplies. The walkthrough at the end. The come-back-and-fix-it visit if anything is missed in the first twenty-four hours. These are baked in.
Payment
Due the day of the clean. Cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, or card. Recurring customers can be set up on automatic payments.
